The effect of biostimulants on the production of lettuce seedlings was evaluated. It was utilized a 2 x 4 factorial scheme in a completely randomized design with four replications. The treatments were the combinations of two biostimulants (Fertiactyl GZ® e Ruterr AA®) with four concentrations (0, 0.25, 0.50 and 0.75%). A tray with 28 cells was considered the experimental unit, and the evaluated seedlings were those of the 50 central cells. The dry mass of the aerial part and the root system as well as root length were the characteristics that were evaluated. The best quality seedlings were obtained with Fertiactyl GZ 0.75%.
